For those Mum's & Dad's with little ones! Bring them to classes with you. Our 6pm Zumba Classes @Ormeau State School often have a great bunch of kids sitting & playing together next to the stage while their parents Smash out an awesome workout in front of them.
ZUMBA classes help strengthen your body, gain cardiovascular fitness, tone up & shape down the body while having fun with other like minded people.
